Which work archetype are you?
Understanding the customer is essential for innovation, developing new capabilities, and delivering products that solve customer needs. This project looked at customers not as part of a market segment or persona, but through the lens of their work and how they approach it. I led the research team responsible for developing these Archetypes, which were used Product-wide to talk about customers, and leveraged to create the highly successful Power Your Process marketing campaign.
