I am an accomplished UX leader with a track record of running high-impact research and managing high-performing teams. Since 2014, I’ve demonstrated a passion for understanding user needs, solving challenging problems, defining strategy and roadmaps, and delivering product impact. I lead through mentorship, candor, establishing strong relationships, and transparent collaboration.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Human Centered Design & Engineering (HCDE) at the University of Washington and have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa. I also have a background in the construction industry in traditional engineering and architecture firms.
